Appointment Solutions is a small, nurse‑founded, patient focused team dedicated to removing the stress and confusion from scheduling medical appointments. With real clinical experience and a deep understanding of the healthcare system, we support patients through the everyday challenges of booking the care they need. From busy families managing preventative visits to seniors who rely on consistent weekly appointments, we work for you—handling the details, guiding each situation with compassion and clarity, and ensuring every appointment is scheduled with accuracy and care. We service all areas within the Pacific Standard Time Zone and will be expanding quickly.

Meet Annette Ellick — RN, CNAMB, and Founder

After 15 years working as a registered nurse, I saw the same problem over and over again: Patients were overwhelmed by scheduling.

Families were juggling multiple specialists. Seniors were missing appointments because instructions were unclear. Caregivers were exhausted trying to coordinate everything.

I watched patients walk out of clinics confused, frustrated, or unsure of what to do next. And I knew it wasn't their fault — the system is complicated.

One day, after helping yet another family who had missed a critical follow‑up because they didn't understand the referral process, I realized something:

Patients don't need more portals. They need a person.

Someone who understands healthcare. Someone who can coordinate. Someone who can advocate.

That's why I created Appointment Solutions — to give families the support they deserve, from someone who has been inside the system for years.
